Phone in an Order:

Call GB Customer Service @ 877-4GB-BATT (877-442-2288) and a salesperson will enter and confirm your order by phone.

Fax your company's credit page to 646-519-4723. Please remember, we require (4) trade references with fax numbers for verification.

ONLINE Credit Application:

Select the Online Application on the menu to the left, complete, and click "submit".

PRINTABLE Credit Application:

Select the Printable Credit Application from the menu to the left, and fax the completed form to 646-519-4723.
